  • Managed readiness validation, rollback strategy, and production cutover execution.
  • Implemented RAID governance and executive reporting for schedule and risk control.
  • Delivered AWS migration execution using AWS Migration Hub, AWS MGN (CloudEndure), AWS DMS, DataSync, Snow Family, and MAP acceleration frameworks.
  • Used Universal Discovery and CloudEndure to support migration planning and execution.
  • Built Power BI dashboards for leadership visibility across cost, risk, and delivery health.
